The Graduate School of Reunification and Security Studies was established in March 2002 to provide policy research and professional education on reunification and North Korea to realize the reunification of Korea, the greatest need of the Korean people, and offers 2 master's degree programs (Department of Unification Security Counseling Psychology, Department of Smart Defense Management).
Department of Unification Security Counseling Psychology offers majors in unification studies, Military Child and youth Counseling Psychology, and the Department of Smart Defense Management offers majors in military strategy, and defense management, and courses are offered at night.
